Take a break on your commute or car-free errand at on of several rest stops planned around the metro area. Several local groups and businesses are sponsoring these stops and providing snacks, water, coffee, and free goodies.

The City of Overland Park will have Breakfast Break stations at various spot around town.

Family Bicycles will have a rest stop on the Trolley Track Trail at Gregory Boulevard every morning and evening, Monday-Thursday.

The Kansas City Bicycle Club will serve breakfast on the Trolley Track on Friday morning at 51st Street, near the UMKC MAX station.

The Greater Kansas City Bicycle Federation will host a Commuter Mocktail Hour with food, drink, and bike maintenance on Friday evening at Pioneer Park at Westport Road and Broadway Blvd.
